    First time on this channel.
    I'm amazed how he describes every food he eats. Clearly a foodie by blood.
    It's also impressive that he did his homework and having an open mind in trying Filipino street food. The "balut" scene is epic ---- "It has a lot of vitamins" 🤣

    Credit to you for managing to eat the chicken head! Born and raised in the Philippines but I could never manage to eat it. Strange because I like Balut, but eating just the head and seeing the chicken's eyes unnerves me! 😂

    If you are still around, try eating at Tata Celo Kainan sa Palaisdaan. Its a bit far and hard to travel but its an authentic rural Filipino cuisine

    Soy sauce dip is for barbecue/grilled item, u will crash the chili in the soy sauce and squeeze calamansi/lime on it, its the common dip for grilled foods here.

      The meat he put on top is already cooked and boiled, just not fried.
